By placing an order with VENTEK, you agree to the payment terms outlined below.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
  • Buy now, pay later: Afterpay

All payments are processed securely through our authorised payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Currency

All prices on ventekco.com are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Payment Authorisation

When you place an order, your payment method is authorised for the full purchase amount including any applicable shipping fees. Your card will be charged once your order is confirmed and ready to dispatch.

If your payment is declined, you'll be notified at checkout and prompted to use an alternative method. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment is successfully authorised and captured.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@ventekco.com.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our site are in AUD and include GST. No surprises at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Secure Transactions

All transactions on ventekco.com are encrypted using SSL technology. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your full credit or debit card details at any point.

Fraud Prevention

All orders are screened for potential fraud. If an order is flagged, we reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification before processing
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund if verification cannot be completed
  • Refuse service at our sole discretion

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • Double-check your card details are entered correctly
  • Confirm sufficient funds are available
  • Check with your bank that there are no restrictions on the transaction
  • Try an alternative payment method

Refunds

Chargebacks

We'd always prefer you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of current or future orders.
