We back what we sell. If something's not right, we'll sort it — quickly, fairly, and without the runaround

Change of Mind Returns

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

However, if you've changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a store credit.

To qualify:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging and include all components
  • You must contact us at hello@ventekco.com before sending anything back

Store credit amount: The credit will equal the amount you paid, minus the original shipping cost we incurred to deliver your order. This applies even if your order qualified for free shipping.

Store credits do not expire.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different to what you ordered, that's on us and we'll fix it.

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • You can choose a full refund, a replacement, or a store credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact us first Email hello@ventekco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Don't send anything back before hearing from us. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with clear next steps.

Step 2 — Send it back VENTEK Unit 16/55 Anderson Rd Smeaton Grange NSW 2567

Step 3 — We'll take it from there Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome and process your refund or store credit promptly.

What We Can't Refund

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling

Received Something Damaged or Defective?

Contact us straight away at hello@ventekco.com with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We'll move quickly. You'll have a resolution — replacement or refund — without the back and forth.

12-Month Warranty

Every VENTEK product is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.

What's not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Damage from sharp objects, including hooks, knives or sharp fish spines
  • UV or sun damage
  • Incorrect storage
