Welcome to VENTEK. By visiting ventekco.com or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that powers our site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from VENTEK. By using our site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction in connection with your use of our services.
2. Products and Orders
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. Errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct mistakes, update information or cancel orders where necessary, including after an order has been placed.
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after you order, we will contact you promptly with options including a replacement, backorder or full refund.
We cannot guarantee that your device's display of product colours will be perfectly accurate to the physical product.
Wholesale or resale purchasing is only permitted under a formal written agreement with VENTEK. Retail customers may not resell VENTEK products without our prior written approval.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Promotional pricing is only valid for the advertised period and cannot be backdated or applied after checkout. VENTEK is not liable for any promotional price missed at the time of checkout.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments and Afterpay. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.
4. Shipping and Handling
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days. All Australian orders include tracking automatically, regardless of whether standard or express shipping is selected.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier and are outside our direct control. VENTEK is not liable for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
VENTEK will make every reasonable effort to help trace a missing parcel, but we cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect address details or carrier delays. We are not responsible for refunds of shipping costs where delays are caused by product availability or carrier circumstances.
5. Product Availability
VENTEK will make every reasonable effort to keep advertised products available. However, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise on your options.
6. Returns and Warranty
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy and our 12-Month Warranty form part of these Terms. Please refer to those pages for full details on returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims.
7. Accuracy of Information
The content on our site is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or current at all times. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without notice. Reliance on any information on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product designs, photography, copy, branding, logos, graphics and trade marks, is the intellectual property of VENTEK. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.
9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
When using our site or services, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of VENTEK or any third party
- Submit false or misleading information
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
