Shipping Policy
We get your order out fast. Here's exactly what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link automatically so you can follow it from our warehouse to your door.
During peak sale periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may extend by 1–3 business days. We'll always do our best to keep you updated.
Carriers
We ship with trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post and Couriers Please. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.
Delivery Timeframes
All times are estimates from the date of dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days depending on your location
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. VENTEK products are solid, dense reusable ice — shipping is priced accordingly to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Australia-Wide Shipping
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. All Australian orders include tracking automatically, regardless of whether standard or express shipping is selected.
International Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping options will be communicated on our website when available.
Backorders
From time to time, high demand means products sell out before your order can be fulfilled. When this happens:
- Backordered items will be clearly labelled on the product page with an estimated timeframe
- This information will also appear in your cart and order confirmation email
- Your order will ship as soon as new stock arrives
- Orders are not part-shipped by default — your full order dispatches together unless we arrange otherwise with you
If you'd like to swap a backordered item for an in-stock product, contact us at hello@ventekco.com before dispatch and we'll sort it out.
Order Changes
Need to update your order before it ships? Get in touch at hello@ventekco.com as soon as possible. We can help with:
- Swapping to an in-stock product
- Upgrading to a higher-value item (difference payable)
- Updating your delivery address before dispatch
We cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. VENTEK is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failure to collect a parcel from a depot or access point
- Refused deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or non-collection, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost, Missing or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by them. If your parcel appears lost, is significantly delayed or has been incorrectly scanned:
- Contact us at hello@ventekco.com and we'll open an official investigation with the carrier on your behalf
- Investigations can take several business days to several weeks depending on the carrier and circumstances
- Replacements or refunds for lost parcels can only be issued once the carrier investigation is completed and a resolution confirmed
We know freight issues are frustrating. We'll always push hard for a resolution on your behalf, but carrier investigations do need to run their course.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and your tracking hasn't updated, contact Australia Post or your carrier directly with your tracking number as the first step.
